As part of our fundraising campaign for PASG 2026, Kizuna Child-Parent Reunion is hosting an exclusive fundraising and networking event in Shibuya on Sunday, September 6, from 12:00–2:00 PM.
Those who donate ¥10,000 or more will have the opportunity to join our networking event.
Our goal is 500,000 JPY (3,125 USD).
It is a chance to meet and connect directly with parents, advocates, supporters, and others working to address parental child abduction, family separation, and parental alienation in Japan.
Anastasiya Minkova is featured in CNN’s coverage of parental child abduction in Japan; she will join as the special guest.
Space is limited. Participation will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis according to the order of donations.

I have been invited to speak at the Parental Alienation Study Group PASG 2026 8th International Conference on Parental Alienation. It will be held in Perth, Australia on October 11 – 13.
October 12 is Parental Alienation Awareness Day in Australia and New Zealand.
I am humbled to be a confirmed speaker among some of the world’s leading experts on parental alienation.

We at Kizuna Child-Parent Reunion are organizing fundraising to cover expenses for this conference on Parental Alienation in Australia. There are registration fee, airfare, hotel, and miscellaneous travel expenses. To match those expenses, our target fundraising goal is 500,000 JPY ($3,125 USD at 160 JPY/USD). Parental alienation is an endemic, severe negative consequence of parental child abduction and a child’s loss of access to a parent. Hence, it is an important aspect of the issues we advocate for in Kizuna Child-Parent Reunion. PASG is one of the world’s leading organizations dealing with parental alienation, so this is a worthwhile international conference to participate in.
In July 2016, I joined the International Congress of Psychology and spoke in the group about parental alienation. My topic was parental alienation within the context of parental child abduction in Japan. One of the Australian participants in that group in 2016 is also an organizer of PASG 2026, so he invited me.

This is the third year in a row that I have been invited to an international conference. In 2024, as chairperson of Kizuna Child-Parent Reunion (Kizuna CPR), I was chosen by the Hague Conference (HCCH) as one of seventeen people from around the world in civil society organizations to participate in a Hague Conference Forum on Domestic Violence and the Hague Abduction Convention. I served on the steering committee and spoke in South Africa in June 2024. In 2025, once again, I served on the steering committee and spoke at the second Hague Conference Forum on Domestic Violence and the Hague Abduction Convention in Brazil in October 2025. Here is a page describing the two Forums with links to proceedings and videos of the talk in Brazil and my response to a sharply worded question in the Q&A after the talk. My response was well received.
The advocacy was successful as the Hague Conference Council on General Affairs and Policy (CGAP) may take on my talking point for future consideration.

そのため、Kizuna Child-Parent Reunionが取り組む実子誘拐・親子断絶問題においても、重要なテーマの一つです。
PASGは、親による疎外について研究し、その問題に取り組む国際的な組織です。この国際会議への参加は、日本で起きている問題を国際社会へ伝えるうえでも大きな意義があります。
2016年7月、私はInternational Congress of Psychology（国際心理学会議）に参加し、親による疎外について発表しました。テーマは、「日本における実子誘拐という文脈の中での親による疎外」でした。
2016年に同じグループに参加していたオーストラリアの参加者の一人が、今回のPASG 2026の運営にも携わっており、そのご縁から今回、登壇者として招待していただきました。

今回で、国際会議への招待は3年連続となります。
2024年には、Kizuna Child-Parent Reunion（Kizuna CPR）の代表として、ハーグ国際私法会議（HCCH）から、世界各国の市民社会組織を代表する17名の一人に選ばれました。「家庭内暴力とハーグ子奪取条約に関するハーグ国際私法会議フォーラム」の運営委員を務め、2024年6月に南アフリカで登壇しました。
2025年にも再び運営委員を務め、同年10月にブラジルで開催された第2回フォーラムで登壇しました。2回のフォーラムの詳細、議事録、ブラジルでの講演動画、そして講演後の質疑応答についてはこちらからご覧いただけます。
こうしたアドボカシー活動は実を結び、私がこれまで訴えてきた論点の一つが、今後、ハーグ国際私法会議の一般問題・政策評議会（CGAP）で検討される可能性があります。
